How can a stud farm provide the breeders with information and get in contact in times of corona? The team of the German stud farm Gut Neuenhof have now come up with a new concept: They have produced opulent films together with “ClipMyHorse”. These films can now be found on the stud farm’s website.
“Our life’s passion”: That is the title of one of these films which focuses on Gut Neuenhof’s history and philosophy. “You meet our brood mares grazing on the pastures in Nideggen, visit the stallions‘ training sites and get a glimpse of international horse shows all around the world”, says farm owner Sandra Schürner to describe the viewers’ experience. The film puts emphasis on the breeding site and upbringing of sires such as Escolar, Cordess, Cashmere or Goldberg. Or, as Schürner says: “We invite you to go on a journey with us – from the past right up to the future.”
Of course, the film also targets the dam lines that have had a crucial impact on the sires, reaching back until the very beginning of the stud farm’s history. Even a digital walking tour of the farm is part of the film.
Typical stallion presentations are rare these days – but German stud farm Gut Neuenhof is now presenting a digital concept to provide interested breeders with all the information they need. Together with „ClipMyHorse“, the stud farm’s team have produced a film that presents the current stallion selection in a detailed and vivid way. Its title: “Our sires”.
„The film is meant to be a digital meeting with our sires”, says Sandra Schürner, owner of the stud farm. Each and every sire that is part of Gut Neuenhof’s current selection is presented in the film – sires such as Escolar, Cordess or Cashmere. Viewers can listen to the stallions’ riders such as Marco Kutscher, Eva Bitter and Hubertus Schmidt as they talk about the horses’ daily training, specific character traits and unique qualities. Not only does the film focus on their big show successes, but it also gives an impression of their day-to-day behavior and training. A presentation of the sires’ offspring completes the overall view.
“Together with ClipMyHorse, we have opened our gates to welcome you as our guests”, says Sandra Schürner. “We are looking forward to welcoming the breeders digitally.”
