The CSI4-W rivalry The programme will include prestigious classes of the CSI4-W rank, including four counting for the International Equestrian Federation ranking (Longines Ranking, LR). On Thursday, the Big Tour competition (145 cm) will be played out. On the following days, the level of difficulty will only increase. On Friday, a jump-off class (150 cm) is scheduled, with a prize pool of €32,000, where points for the Longines Ranking and CAVALIADA Tour 2024/25 will be up for grabs. The culmination of the sporting spectacle will be Sunday’s PKO Bank Polski Grand Prix (155 cm), with a prize pool of €105,500 and additional ranking points. This is one of the most important classes of the entire season.
Special attractions and competitions
CAVALIADA also offers competitions for less experienced riders and young horses. The CSI1* will allow riders to take part in smaller classes (130-140 cm). The CSIYH category will see horses aged 5, 6 and 7 years, giving young talents the chance to gain valuable experience.
The RESPECT ENERGY OPEN TOUR (CSIAm) will feature two rounds each day – silver (110 cm) and gold (120 cm).
The highlight of Friday evening will be the Speed and Music, which is a very fast class with dynamic music. The height of the fences will reach 140 cm, and the best rider will score a prize of EUR 4 000. Saturday will see the spectacular Six Bars competition, in which a knockdown means elimination. The height of the obstacles increases with each fence. This is one of CAVALIADA’s most exciting moments.
Special space for competitors
During CAVALIADA Poznań, riders and their horses will be provided with comfortable facilities. Heated stables and pavilions, two main arenas measuring 30 x 70 metres and three warm-up arenas will provide favourable conditions while competing and training.
